CRM is a way to track business Opportunities from Leads and customers.

Lead

A lead is a potential customer who might be interested in your products or services. They are called leads because they may lead you to sales.

How to create Lead

  1. Go to the Lead List and click “+Add Lead”.

  2. Enter name, organization, and contact information.

  3. Click on 'Save'.

  4. After saving : - Follow up on activities and you can add notes to help you with the follow up.

  5. Updating the status of the lead as (open, lost, etc.)  is important

  6. If the lead status is lost, you must add the reason it is lost( is it price, etc.)

Opportunity

Opportunity is a qualified lead.

You can create an opportunity from your lead or customer. You can also go to the opportunity list and click on +Add Opportunity

How to create Opportunity

  1. Go to the Opportunity list and click on 'Add Opportunity'.

  2. When you fill in  'Opportunity From' (customer or lead), it will link all the customer information

  3. Opportunity type and source are important; it's either sales or tender 

4. Save

5. After saving, you can assign the opportunity to account holder, operation, etc.

Managing Tenders

If you select tender on opportunity type, a separate tender information tab will be displayed.

  • Filling in all the tender information is a priority.

  • The system will notify users regarding deadline, 5 days, 3 days and 1 day before the date of submission.

Customer

A customer, who is sometimes known as a client, buyer, or purchaser, is the one who receives goods, services, products, or ideas from a seller for a monetary consideration.

How to create Customer

  1. Go to the Customer list and click on New.

  2. Enter full information about the customer.

  3. Save.
